Committee Member - How to assess applications on the platform
How to assess experts' applications

Either look at the short video :
Loom or go through the below Step by step tutorial :
Step 1 : Access the workspace with the list of programs
- You should have received an email with a link inviting you as a committee member to The Future Of (ex: https://app.soscience.org/workspace/<name of the workspace>).
- Please follow the registration instructions to access the SoScience platform and Workspace.
Didn't receive the link? Contact your program manager so that he/she can send you another invitation.
(Check your spam)
Step 2 : Select your program of interest
- From the list of programs in your Workspace, select the program that applies to you.
Step 3 : Access the list of candidates / applications
- Once you've selected a program, you'll have access to the program Dashboard, where you can get an overview of the program's progress and next steps.
- To access the list of applications, go to the left-hand menu, "Applications" category > Experts (see image below).
- Once in this section, you need to filter the applications submitted by going to the "Filter" > Status > check "To review" box (see image below).
- The applications will appear in the form of a list
Step 4 : Assessment of applications
In the list of applications, click on the "To review" button to switch to viewing and evaluation mode.
This section displays the entire application and participant profile.
You can analyze all applications, simply switching between them using the "Previous" or "Next" buttons!
- By clicking on the "Add your comment" button on the right-hand side of the screen, you can specify your comments in the "comment" section and choose a status (Go, No go, Standby) for the application in the "recommendation" section.
- Go : coup de coeur, clear idea/contribution/project that addresses the issues at hand
- No-go : the idea/contribution/project does not respond to the problem, with several blocking points
- Standby : to discuss together
You can export the list of applications in an Excel (see top right of the table) but won't get the details, only the user profile.
You can also return to individual applications by selecting them from the list.
