Committee Member - how to evaluate projects - Tango

Tutorial Steps to start evaluating projects

Objective : Join the program management reworkspace in the App where you can evaluate the projects


 Either look at the short video : Loom  or go through the below Step by step tutorial : 

Follow the steps (click Start and then Open ↗️) : 





Step 1: Access the Soscience Application

Log in to the SoScience application.

Step 2: Navigate to "My Workspaces"

Click on "My Workspaces" to access your designated workspace. Select the workspace of your choice from your list of available workspaces.



Step 3: Start by Selecting the Program

In the list of programs, click on the program of your choice.



Step 4: Navigate to Project Menu

Click on the "Project" menu.




Step 5: Begin by Selecting a Project Proposal to Assess

Start by selecting one of the project proposals to evaluate.



Step 6: Go to the Next Page to View Application Details

Navigate to the next page to view the detailed project application.



Step 7: Download the Collaborative Project Form

Download the collaborative project form to view the project details.



Step 7: Proceed with Scoring

1. On the project detail page, look at the right-hand column.
2. Click on numbers 1 through 4 for each category to assign a score based on established criteria.



Step 8: Move to the Next Project

Once scoring is complete for the current project, click "Next" to proceed to the next project for evaluation.




Step 9: Return to Project List

To view all projects and navigate between them, click on "Back to Projects".
