Committee Member - how to evaluate projects - Basic
Tutorial Steps to start evaluating projects
Objective : Join the program management workspace in the App where you can evaluate the projects
Follow the 4 steps :
Step 1 : Connect to the workspace
Instructions: You should have received an email to invite you as Committee Member with a web link : https://app.soscience.org/workspace/<name of the workspace>
Otherwise, ask the Program Manager to send back the invitation.
Step 2 : Select the program
Instructions: In the workspace list of programs, select your program of interest .
Step 3 : Select the project list
Instructions: click on the "Projects" menu item to see the list of projects and access each submitted project for evaluation.
Step 4 : Evaluate a project
Instructions:
- By clicking on a project in the previous section, you will have access to the project as submitted by the candidates (1.)
- You can now rate each project according to pre-defined criteria (which have been communicated to you), which can be evaluated from 1 to 4 (2.).
- You can return to the project overview (previous section) at any time to modify your ratings
