How to fill your program page before the call for applications

  •  TFO Program Management

    • Creation of new programs in "Programs list
    • Management of default parameters for the program page (Defaults tab), which can then be modified directly on the page.
    • Management of default questions for the application form and collaborative project submission + management of default evaluation criteria. Everything can then be modified directly on the program page.

    • 1st section :




    You define the image for the program page, the title, the subtitle, the url (⚠️ to be changed systematically when we create a new program and for all new pages), and a number of seats if we want to limit it.


    • Program steps:




    By default, the steps are those defined in Program Management, but these can all be modified.


    When the "Open to applications" step is selected, an e-mail is sent to all users to inform them that a new program is open to applications.

    Whether or not each section is displayed on the Program front end depends on the selected layout: Upcoming, applications, Ongoing, projects.

Frise ⇒ correspond aux programmes steps définis précédemment

Users ⇒ se gèrent dans les CMS (Admin)

  • Brief / timeline ⇒ à compléter
  • Partners = sponsors du programme
  • Key Figures = chiffres clés de la journée de rencontre
  • Participating organizations : mettre toutes les organisations présentes à la journée de rencontre. Attention, avant il faut les créer dans l’onglet “Organization management”. Ne pas oublier de mettre le sponsor
  • Selected projects : on peut créer ici les projets. Ils apparaissent automatiquement avec le dépôt de projets collaboratifs.
