How to propose a collaborative project?

  • Objective:  As a team, you have drafted an idea of collaboration time. This procedure helps you proposing this collaborative project on the App. The project will be evaluated by the Program Committee.

Tutorial Steps:

  • One of the team members will do it for the whole project team.

  • Step 1: Connect to the App
  • Step 2: Select your application
  • Go to "My applications" and select your Accepted application to the program  (click on the "View" button)

    Step 3: Go to the new section "Go to projects"


  • Step 4: Select or create the project
    P roceed to create a new project by clicking on  “Create a project”(2) or select one of the existing project you may have already created.



  • Step 5: Start filling the data of your project (for new projects)
    • Instructions: 

      Next, you'll be guided to a starting page where you'll be asked to provide only necessary information about the project,  such as the project name, a brief description, and the organizations involved.

  • Step 6 Answer the project form and add Team mates (for new or existing projects)
    • Instructions: 

    • Once you're there, you can access the project form where you also have the option to add more people to your project (both team members and external individuals who will be granted access to your form)

      and provide the required information to explain your project !

    • And that’s it ! No additional step is require



From now on 

You can find and edit your project at any time in "Projects" → "My projects"  until the final deadline.
