Program Manager - Manage applications

Allong a programm you have 2 steps of applications to manage : 
Step 1: Experts applications to get your 50 best expert to join the meet up day
Step 2: Projects applications : After the Meet up, some of the experts will collaborate to propose RRI projects

In  the “Application management” tab, you select first your program.

4 tabs:

  • Onglet “applications” : pour visualiser toutes les candidatures soumises au programme (détails ci-dessous)
  • Onglet “managers” : pour gérer les “applications managers” (=membres du comité) qui ont le droit de visualiser et de noter les candidatures. Il y a la possibilité soit d’ajouter un user existant soit d’inviter un nouvel utilisateur.

Visualisation de tous les projets déposés sur la plateforme et la moyenne des notations associées.

Possibilité de gérer tous les managers du programme.

  • Onglet Application form

Permet à l’admin et aux applications managers de visualiser le formulaire de candidature.
